1. Who we are
ECCENTRIO - FZCO (licence No. 17857, DIEZA) is the data controller for personal data collected through eccentrio.com. This policy follows UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).
2. What we collect
Name, phone number, email, company, team size and the message you send through the form or WhatsApp. Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited, via cookies and analytics.
3. Why
To reply to your request, hold the call you booked, prepare an audit and a proposal. With your separate consent: to send case studies and offers. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry.
4. Where data goes
Our CRM (Bitrix24, EU hosting), WhatsApp Business, email and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data. Processors act under contract and only on our instructions.
5. How long
Enquiry data: 24 months after the last contact, or until you withdraw consent. Contract data: as required by UAE law.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Withdraw consent at any time. Write to andrew@eccentrio.com; we answer within 30 days. You may complain to the UAE Data Office.
